My Client Reviews abides by the Competition & Consumer Act 2010 and the Australian Competition & Consumer Commission (ACCC) Rules for Businesses and Online Review Platforms. By design, the My Client Reviews website actively monitors and prevents in real time any breaches of these policy's.
Any company who is found to be in breach of these rules is subject to a variety of measures ranging from
· a company warning message displayed on their review page
· suspension of reported reviews
· suspension of the account
· termination of our agreement with the business and removal of their account
· reporting to the Australian Competition & Consumer Commission.
