This allows us to have a wide variety of skills with backgrounds in technology, private investigation, administering deceased estates and customer service.

I thought it was a scam receiving an email from NCS however I read their email carefully and then Googled to find out for myself more info on NCS to make sure they were the real thing. They are what they say they are and we proceeded to use their service. Due to my oversight I hadn’t updated bank details or email address with the company with whom we had some shares. Even though receiving a yearly report I still didn’t pick up on it that the dividends had been withheld and not paid. Wasn’t a huge sum however if NCS hadn’t reached out the money would still be being held in SRO VIC and I would have been none the wiser. Their rate of commission was fair and they were very professional in our dealings. Don’t hesitate to use their service if you are contacted by tgem

I was unsure when I first received the original letter from them. I tried to investigate myself but totally unsuccessful. So I finally decided I give this company ago to recover my money. I was very pleased with the outcome.

I was sceptical at first due to all the publicity around scams. I did my homework before proceeding. I found Nationwide to be professional, approachable and timely in facilitating the recovery of my unclaimed monies. A very welcome bonus.

This came out of the blue, I had no idea I was owed this money. The claims process was straight forward but comprehensive to prove my identity, and within the posted time my money was returned. Most impressed with this service.

I was so surprised to get a letter from Paula who I first thought it was a scam saying that there was some money which belongs to me and to send her my details. I called her first to find out if this was genuine and asked her a few questions. When I received the forms to fill out with my personal details and then did my own research and found out that this was not a scam ….. I was impressed with the professionalism and attention to detail. I found Paula to be very helpful, she instilled me with trust. I was told by Maurice that it would take a month and the money arrived right on time. I had tried in vain several to retrieve the dividends.
