This allows us to have a wide variety of skills with backgrounds in technology, private investigation, administering deceased estates and customer service.

It was comforting to be approached by Nationwide Claims in relation to a financial gain without the underlying concerns posed in todays prevalence of scammers. The process was well stated and the results as promised. A good experience.

I was impressed with the professionalism and attention to detail. I found Paula to be very helpful, she instilled me with trust. I was told by Maurice that it would take a month and the money arrived right on time. I had tried in vain several to retrieve the dividends. It was tricky because the account didn’t exist any longer but I was guided through the process to fruition by the team at Nationwide Claims Service.

We were very impressed with the service in finding money that we didn't know was missing. Initially we thought it might have been a scam. It did take a while but we were very pleased to evetually receive our cheque in the mail. Thank you

Without NCS contacting us we would never have known anything about the Class Action and that we were entitled to a refund. They were extremely easy to deal with and kept us informed throughout the whole process.

I had felt skeptical initially as I had heard so many bad stories, but we weren't having any luck ourselves so I was ready to hand it over and take the risk. It was a very simple and straight forward process and the money appeared in our account in a very reasonable timeframe. Very satisfied with the service and outcome.

First rule to avoiding scams - if it seems too good to be true, it probably is... I have to confess, all through the process, I found it really hard to believe that this wasn't just some EXTREMLY elaborate online hustle. The internet searches I carried out couldn't agree whether this was a good thing or a bad thing. The funds that Nationwide Claims Service helped recover had been sitting dormant since the early 2000's. The address linked to the funds were somewhere I'd only lived for 6 months. It was just so random to be tracked down! First problem was proving I was me and that I'd actually lived as said address. After that, the process flowed. All's well that ends well. All credit to Maurice and his team for guiding me through things and for their forbearance.
