NCS performance was exemplary, prompt, supportive and advisory. They discovered items that we knew nothing about and recovered funds that have been extremely helpful at a difficult time. I cannot recommend them highly enough and they set a standard that all Companies in a Service Industry should emulate. Well done and keep up the good work.

Great communication and fast work in the recovery service

When I received a notification from Nationwide Claims informing me there was money owing to me I initially assumed it was just another scam and dismissed it but my wife did a little research on line and determined the company was legitimate. I subsequently found they were professional in their communications and I was extremely satisfied with the result of their endeavours.

The team at NCS answered all of my questions along the way. They were very knowledgeable, efficient and courteous. I received my claim within the timeframe they had advised. I highly recommend them.

I was very pleased to receive an email about unclaimed funds for my Mum. Nationwide Claims helped me through the whole process of retrieving the money. There was a lot of documentation that needed to be supplied (and certified), that took me a while to get sorted. Thankfully, someone at the bank was able to help me get a copy of a statement as the account had been long closed. But we got there in the end. The cheque has been banked and we would never have known about this money if it weren't for Nationwide Claims. I thank you all.

To be honest, when I received a letter from NCS, stating they had found unclaimed money owing to me, I thought it was a scam. However, my son told me NCS was a legimate company and suggested I apply to claim the money. During the process of claiming the money I had a query and called the NCS office, I spoke to a very polite and helpful gentleman. As promised, once I sent of the documentation required, I received the money owed within weeks. Money I did not know about. I am glad NCS helped me recover that money. Thank you NCS.
