Nationwide Claims Service is one of Australia’s most experienced unclaimed money agents. Most agents are just one or two people whereas we have SIX full time staff. This allows us to have a wide variety of skills with backgrounds in technology, private investigation, administering deceased estates and customer service.

It was very efficient. After the surprise and initial skepticism, I thought it was a scam, of receiving the letter from you saying I was owed money, I was impressed with the speed and openness of the process. My husband and I both spoke to people at Nationwide Claims and were given clear and honest communication back. Once our claim was process it wasn't long before we received our cheque on the mail. The only thing I would like to know is why NAB didn't inform us that they owed us money. we are very long-standing customers, and I would like to know where the money actually came from. But that is probably not something that you have to find out. I was just curious!

After being notified that I was likely to be owed money and that process explained I was very happy to the Nationwide Claims Service to act on my behalf. A smooth process from beginning to end resulted in the expected outcome. Receiving a cheque could be replaced with a customer notification of banking details to trim down cheque clearance periods which in my case took a further two weeks from claims approval.

Thank you to National Claims Service for recovering monies I didn't know I had. They were prompt, very professional and explained everything very clearly. If you are looking to recover unclaimed funds,give the staff a call, their expertise is truly commendable

I was surprised by how easy it was to identify the authenticity of my claim & verify that service that is offered by Nationwide. I was sceptical at first until I phoned questioning the letter I had received. I was assured of the claim & time it would take until I received my cheque. From start to finish it went smoothly & follow up emails were nice to tie up and questions.

I found the NCS approach and their processes to be efficient and effective when recovering funds on my behalf from the Government. I believe the information required was fair and reasonable and I did not have any privacy concerns. I would not hesitate to utilize NCS if there are further funds that I may be entitled to in the future.
