I had absolutely no idea I was owed any money. So it came as quite a surprise when I received the letter from Nationwide. I was a bit sceptical at first but after a Google search & a phone call, all my fears were gone. They were so easy to deal with and my money was deposited straight into my account. Could not recommend them highly enough 😊

I was sceptical at first of being a scam but I rang and spoke to a lovely lady who allayed my fears. Fantastic service and was very helpful with assisting with the relevant details I needed. Very professional and efficient

Really should be 6 stars out of five service Second recovery process - better with knowledge of the required paperwork for the first successful recovery. Words cannot describe the excellent service. Very happy to recommend their service.

This all seemed a bit weird and I still don’t understand how this occurred however the service to contact me and arrange payment was seamless. I was able to phone and gain reassurance and that was invaluable under the circumstance.

NCS were easy to deal with even though there was a lot of paperwork we really appreciate them finding our money and forwarding it to us without hassle.

I was very surprised when they got in contact with me advising that l had money in my name at Coles Myer who l had worked for them I advise NCS to go ahead . I was a little hesitant to start but very impressed with their service l now have extra money in my account. I am grateful that they contacted me. Would recommend their services

I thought it was a scam receiving an email from NCS however I read their email carefully and then Googled to find out for myself more info on NCS to make sure they were the real thing. They are what they say they are and we proceeded to use their service. Due to my oversight I hadn’t updated bank details or email address with the company with whom we had some shares. Even though receiving a yearly report I still didn’t pick up on it that the dividends had been withheld and not paid. Wasn’t a huge sum however if NCS hadn’t reached out the money would still be being held in SRO VIC and I would have been none the wiser. Their rate of commission was fair and they were very professional in our dealings. Don’t hesitate to use their service if you are contacted by tgem
