From the moment we contacted the company phone number to investigate our claim, there was a genuine interest in our case. My claim was very complex and I am 100% sure I would never have been able to complete it without their help. Everything was explained in detail and I was kept informed during the process. The most reassuring thing was to be able to pick up the phone and speak directly with the person handling the claim. Highly recommend.
